Telesales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Telesales professional with hands-on experience in chat support and team training. The ideal candidate will handle client communication through calls and live chat, drive sales conversions, and support the training and development of the chat support team to enhance customer engagement and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound and inbound calls to promote company products and services.
  • Engage with customers via live chat, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly responses.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Train and guide chat support team members on communication tone, customer service standards, and product knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, FAQs, and chat scripts.
  • Monitor chat interactions to ensure service quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with management to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company offerings and customer service tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in telesales, chat support, or customer service, including experience in training or mentoring team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and chat tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, HubSpot).
  • Customer-focused, organized, and goal-driven.
