Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Telesales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads from provided databases or cold calls
• Explain the services offered by Pegasus clearly and persuasively
• Maintain follow-up communication with interested clients
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
• Record and update client information accurately in the CRM
• Coordinate with operations/marketing teams on lead feedback

Requirements:

• Previous telesales or customer service experience preferred (healthcare sector is a plus)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Positive attitude and team spirit
