1. Sales & Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote travel packages, holiday offers, visa services, or tours.
- Handle inbound inquiries from customers seeking travel information.
- Convert leads into bookings through persuasive communication and product knowledge.
- Follow up on warm leads, previous inquiries, and past customers.
2. Customer Support & Consultation
- Provide detailed information about destinations, tour packages, flights, hotels, and pricing.
- Suggest suitable travel options based on customer requirements and budget.
- Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
3. Database & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and booking details in the CRM system.
- Update customer databases and ensure all interactions are logged.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, calls made, and sales conversions.
4. Coordination
- Coordinate with the sales, operations, and reservations team for booking confirmations.
- Communicate customer requirements clearly to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Assist in marketing campaigns and promotions by making promotional calls.
Skills & Qualifications Required Skills
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Telephone etiquette and polite customer handling.
- Ability to sell products convincingly.
- Knowledge of travel packages, destinations, and visa services (preferred).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
