Telesales Representative

AURA SA MATERIAL TRADING is looking for a results-driven Telesales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a professional communicator who can build rapport quickly and effectively manage customer relationships over the phone.​While we have a preference for candidates with 2+ years of experience in sales or telemarketing, we are also committed to nurturing new talent, freshers with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.​

Key Responsibilities:

●​ Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.●​ Understand customer needs and offer solutions that deliver value.●​ Maintain an accurate database of client interactions and lead statuses.●​ Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.● ​Handle customer grievances professionally to maintain company reputation.​

Requirements & Qualifications:

● ​Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

● ​Experience: 2+ years in a telesales or customer service role preferred, but not mandatory.​

Skills:

● Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

●​ Ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.

● ​Strong negotiation and "closing" skills.

● ​Basic computer literacy (CRM software experience is a bonus).

● ​Language: Fluency in English and Hindi​What We Offer:
