Telesales Representative – Arabic Speaker (Females Only)

About Us:
We are a growing IT and business solutions company serving clients in the UAE, UK, USA, and Pakistan. We are expanding our telesales team to better support our international customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients in UAE and GCC regions.
• Communicate confidently in Arabic and English.
• Present company products and services clearly over the phone.
• Follow up with clients to generate leads and set appointments.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
• Meet weekly and monthly call/lead targets.
• Record all call details and updates in CRM.

Requirements

• Arabic language fluency required (speaking).
• Telesales or call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Confident, friendly, and professional phone manner.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups daily.
