Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients in UAE and GCC regions.
- Communicate confidently in Arabic and English.
- Present company products and services clearly over the phone.
- Follow up with clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
- Meet weekly and monthly call/lead targets.
- Record all call details and updates in CRM.
Requirements
- Arabic language fluency required (speaking).
- Telesales or call center experience preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Confident, friendly, and professional phone manner.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups daily.
