The Opportunity: Make Your Mark
This is not just a sales role; it's a key position on our front lines. We are seeking an experienced B2B Telesales Representative who has a proven track record of selling digital marketing services in the US market. You will be the first voice our potential clients hear, responsible for generating qualified leads, building a robust pipeline, and closing deals.
We need a hunter, a closer, and a consultant rolled into one. If you have the technical know-how to talk shop with marketing managers and the sales chops to close them, you will not only earn significantly but also become a pivotal figure on our sales floor at MMH International.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Outreach: Execute a high-volume of strategic outbound calls (e.g., to businesses on platforms like Yelp) to identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
Needs Discovery: Conduct in-depth conversations with business owners and marketing decision-makers to understand their pain points, goals, and current digital marketing landscape.
Solution Selling: Articulate the value proposition of our PPC, digital media, and web development services with confidence and technical accuracy.
Pipeline Management: Meticulously manage and grow your sales pipeline using our CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent activity.
Closing Deals: Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, effectively handling objections and negotiating agreements to win business.
Collaboration: Work closely with our dedicated Closers, PPC Specialist, and Web Developer to craft compelling proposals and demonstrate our expertise to prospects.
Impact the Culture: Bring energy, proven strategies, and a winning attitude to the sales floor, helping to elevate the performance of the entire team at MMH International.
What We're Looking For (The Must-Haves)
Proven Sales Pedigree: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2B telesales or inside sales role, specifically selling digital marketing services (PPC, SEO, Social Media, Web Dev) to US-based businesses.
Quantifiable Success: You must be able to provide verifiable details of your past performance. We want to see your numbers. Tell us about your average monthly sales, deal sizes, and quota attainment.
Technical & Communication Skills:
Exceptional Communication: Flawless English communication skills – you are articulate, persuasive, and know how to control a conversation.
Technical Know-How: You don't just sell; you consult. You understand key digital marketing concepts well enough to discuss ROI, CTR, conversion rate optimization, and the basics of web development.
Hunter Mentality: A self-starter with a relentless drive to hunt for new business. You are resilient, handle rejection with ease, and are motivated by uncapped earning potential.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and standard sales enablement tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs125,000.00 per month
