Telesales Representative (female)

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales & Sales Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, following up with customers, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers
• Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally
• Follow up on quotations, leads, and pending orders
• Prepare quotations
• Coordinate with the sales team to support daily operations
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support

Requirements

• Previous experience in telesales, sales coordination, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email,)
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
