We are hiring experienced Telesales Representatives for our U.S.-based Health Insurance campaign. This role is ideal for confident sales professionals who want high earnings, career growth, and a stable night-shift opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to U.S. clients
• Handle inbound inquiries and close qualified leads
• Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of telesales or call center experience
• Experience with U.S. campaigns Required
• Excellent spoken and written English communication
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
• Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working night shifts (U.S. hours)

Candidates without prior U.S. campaign experience will receive full training.

• Fixed base salary: PKR 100,000 – 150,000
