To handle high-volume outbound calls, convert leads into bookings, and ensure all enquiries and reservations are accurately updated in the system for B2B and B2C customers.
Key Responsibilities
Telesales & Lead Management
- Make outbound calls per day (new leads + follow-ups).
- Handle enquiries from phone, WhatsApp, email, website and social media.
- Qualify leads, explain packages, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain professional, friendly and clear communication in English at all times.
Reservations & Ticketing
- Coordinate flight, hotel and holiday package reservations with suppliers and internal teams.
- Support ticketing and re-issuance as required (where applicable).
- Prepare and share quotations, itineraries and confirmations with clients.
Customer Service & Follow-Up
- Manage basic call centre and chat support, ensuring quick and polite responses.
- Do timely WhatsApp/email follow-ups for pending and hot leads.
- Handle simple complaints or issues and escalate to the manager where needed.
System & Reporting
- Update all leads, calls, follow-ups and bookings in the Master Data / CRM on the same day.
- Support daily/weekly sales and lead reports for management.
- 2–3 years’ experience in telesales / call centre / customer service (travel industry preferred).
- Basic knowledge of travel reservations / ticketing is an advantage.
- Good computer skills and fast learner on new systems
- Energetic, positive, and high follow-up discipline.
