About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with potential clients, present our SEO and Google Business Profile optimization services, and help them understand how our solutions can grow their business. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our services.
• Explain the benefits of SEO and Google Business Profile optimization in simple and clear terms.
• Build rapport with prospects, answer their questions, and handle objections professionally.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Continuously improve product knowledge to provide the best solutions for clients.

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong English speaking and communication skills.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
• Previous telesales or cold calling experience is a plus.
