Telesales Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a confident, target-driven Telesales Agent to drive customer acquisition and revenue. You will engage with potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and convert conversations into successful sales while ensuring a high-quality and compliant customer experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound and inbound calls to promote products, offers, and campaigns.

  • Convert leads into customers through effective pitching and objection handling.

  • Clearly explain fintech products (wallets, deposits, withdrawals) and iGaming offerings (bonuses, gameplay, account setup).

  • Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and existing customer base.

  • Identify and engage high-value/VIP customers, providing personalized service and offers to drive retention and repeat activity.

  • Build and manage relationships with VIP customers, ensuring a premium and seamless experience.

  • Maintain accurate call and lead records in CRM systems.

  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Ensure all interactions adhere to compliance and responsible usage guidelines.

  • Build strong customer relationships through clear, honest, and solution-oriented communication.

  • Stay updated on product features, promotions, and competitor offerings.


  • Key Requirements
    • 5 years of telesales / inside sales experience (BPO, fintech, or iGaming preferred).

    • Strong command of English and Hindi (mandatory for effective sales conversations) .

    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

    • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

    • Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.

    • Good understanding of digital products or willingness to learn quickly.

    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

    • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including late night shifts, as per business requirements.
