Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Barsha 1, Dubai, for a Telesales Specialist at D & R Homes Properties. The role involves contacting potential clients via phone, responding to inquiries related to property listings, and effectively persuading prospects to schedule property viewings or proceed with purchases. The Telesales Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in the database and consistently working towards achieving assigned sales targets.

Excellent Communication skills

Proven Sales abilities and persuasive skills

Good organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in real estate or telesales is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field is preferred
