Job description:
Role & Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact and qualify leads through outbound calls (150+ calls/day).
- Schedule and conduct 2–3 client meetings daily (in-person or virtual).
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Promote and sell off-plan real estate projects in Dubai.
- Maintain and regularly update CRM and customer databases.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and KPIs.

- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
