We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Team Lead with a strong background in the FinTech or financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a telesales team, driving performance, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the telesales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Manage and distribute incoming leads efficiently, ensuring quick follow-ups and conversions.
- Train team members on sales scripts, product knowledge, objection handling, and customer communication.
- Track KPIs and prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, quality checks, and company sales processes.
- Resolve escalations, improve customer experience, and handle critical client calls when required.
- Identify gaps in performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and sales workflow.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of telesales experience, with at least 1 year in a Team Lead role.
- Mandatory experience in FinTech/Loans/Credit/Financial services.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
