Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sales Team Lead with 4–6 years of total sales experience (minimum 1 year in a team lead role). The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills with experience in B2B or B2C sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives.
• Set and achieve team sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct regular team training and performance reviews.
• Track sales performance and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• 4–6 years of sales experience with at least 1 year as a team lead.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of B2B/B2C sales and customer relationship management.
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Target-driven and adaptable to changing market conditions.

Preferred:

• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Exposure to both B2B and B2C sales environments.
