- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information to ensure smooth operations.
- Customer Relations: Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to maintain positive relationships.
- Order Management: Ensure timely processing of sales orders, checking for accuracy in pricing and product details, and coordinating with other departments as needed.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and assist in setting sales goals, ensuring that quotas are met on a monthly basis.
