We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Travel Consultant to assist clients with their travel needs. The role involves planning, organizing, and booking travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, transportation, and tour packages. The consultant will provide guidance on destinations, travel requirements, and itineraries while ensuring excellent customer service and smooth travel experiences. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel. 2. Provide information on destinations, travel options, and requirements. 3. Arrange flights, hotels, transport, and tour packages as per client preferences. 4. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain records of bookings and client details. Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to work in a customer service-focused environment.

4. Minimum 6 months of telecalling experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month

  • Kothamangalam , Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
