The Opportunity

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and service-minded individual to join us as a Teller. This is more than a transaction-based role – you’ll be one of the first friendly faces our members meet at our new branch, playing an important part in building connections and bringing our values to life in this community. This role is based in our South Paris branch, and may be required to work out of our Mechanic Falls branch on occasion.

What You’ll Do

• Greet members with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming branch environment
• Process a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers
• Educate members on credit union products and services, helping them make informed financial decisions
• Support branch initiatives and community outreach
• Ensure compliance with credit union policies, security procedures, and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Prior cash-handling, customer service, or retail experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
• Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt
• Ability to reliably commute to both our South Paris and Mechanic Falls branches
