Overview
The teller positions we are hiring for are at our Harvey Branch. We are looking for upbeat friendly people to add to our team. In this frontline role, you’ll you will deliver first class member service while handling a wide range of transactional needs.

Responsibilities

• Member Service: Serve as the first point of contact for members, providing a welcoming atmosphere and addressing inquiries regarding accounts and services.
• Transaction Processing: Accurately handle routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Cash Handling: Manage cash drawers, balance cash at the end of shifts, and ensure compliance with cash handling procedures.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve member issues or complaints related to account discrepancies or service concerns.
• Compliance: Adhere to credit union policies, federal regulations, and security protocols to ensure the safety and integrity of transactions.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
