Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented
Teller
to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle member transactions, maintain a balanced cash drawer, and provide outstanding customer service while identifying opportunities to support members with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other account transactions
• Open and close accounts, including club and savings accounts
• Sell cashier’s checks, money orders, and gift cards
• Process transfers, night drops, and mail deposits
• Assist with VISA advances and payments
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements
• Promote credit union products and provide exceptional member service
• Support other branches as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience in financial services, retail, or goal-oriented environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and teller systems
