Teller

Assisting members in person and on the phone with all transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, gift cards, travel cards, and loan payments. Must learn and understand all products/ services available at Sky and recommend appropriate products/services to our members. Responsible for data entry of all transactions and end of day balancing. Requires organizational skills, accuracy, and excellent communication skills. Assist with answering telephones. Maintaining a professional image. Must be detailed oriented, along with great customer service skills. Satisfactorily complete all required training. Comply with and follow all Credit Union and Sky regulations and policies. Must perform other duties and responsibilities to assist where needed to help our members. Prior customer service, keyboard/calculator and cash handling preferred, but will train.
