We are seeking a friendly, dependable Teller to join our Storrs, CT office. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional service to our members while supporting the credit union’s mission of community, trust, and financial wellbeing. There are allowing you to focus on meaningful member interactions and accuracy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurately process member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Opens new accounts and assists members with loan paperwork.
• Balances cash drawer daily and adheres to all credit union policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Creates a warm, welcoming and friendly environment for members and employees.
• Resolves account service issues and responds to member inquiries promptly and effectively – both in person and over the phone.
• Assists members with a variety of credit union services, including online banking, Bill Pay, Zelle, mobile check deposit, Visa debit and credit cards, etc.
• Educate members on credit union products and services to meet their financial needs – without sales pressure.
• Files documents.
• Other work as assigned.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

· A generous starting salary of $22.74-23.49 per hour.
