Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, dependable and customer focused Part-Time Teller to join our team. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while accurately processing financial transactions and assisting customers with their banking needs.
Duties
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and check cashing.
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Identify and report potential fraud or suspicious activity.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service
- Explain account features, benefits, fees, and disclosures.
- Assist with account maintenance requests, including address changes, debit card requests, and other service needs.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support branch operations and assist team members as needed.
- Must be available to work Saturdays as part of the regular work schedule.
Experience
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
- Banking experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information.
- Proficiency with computers and standard office equipment.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
