Responsibilities:
Get supplier Statement of Accounts (SOA)
Prepare vendor reconciliation statements
Extract and match data from SAP and invoice systems
Follow up on reconciling items and payment status
Handle calls and emails promptly
Support general admin tasks
Responsibilities:
Good communication skills
Some customer service experience is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
