Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 8.30am-6.00pm
Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm (1hr lunch break)

Key Duties:
• Maintain and update training records
• Coordinate & register external training programs
• Communicate training schedules to stakeholders
• Process & track training invoices
• Support HR projects & initiatives as assigned

Requirements:
Min. A' Level / Diploma
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Organized with admin experience
Good communication & teamwork skills
