The Role:
We’re looking for temporary, seasonal help in our packing department to assist us in packing custom frames during our peak season. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, passionate about accuracy, and comfortable working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures that every order meets quality standards and is prepared for timely delivery, supporting customer satisfaction and smooth warehouse operations throughout the graduating season.

This is currently a temporary role lasting 60 days. However, there may be potential to either extend the temporary assignment or convert to a permanent position in the event the temporary employee demonstrates outstanding reliability, accuracy, and productivity, as well as if the business determines additional headcount is needed in this area after the conclusion of the temporary assignment.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate product quality to confirm it matches the specifications on the work order.
• Follow packing procedures to correctly label, package, and stage products for shipment.
• Assist with warehouse activities, including replenishing supply bins as needed.
• Meet daily packaging goals and complete all assigned packaging tasks within deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace through regular cleanup.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to promote a safe working environment.
• Support proper maintenance of packaging equipment, such as scan guns and printers.
• Follows all standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Qualifications: Due to the nature of the work, this position requires the following:

• Regular standing, walking, bending, and reaching with hands and arms
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, operating tools, or using machinery
• Must be able to lift or move up to 90 pounds as needed
• Visual acuity required for detailed inspection and screen-based work
• Must be able to see, hear, and respond to safety signals and equipment sounds
• Verbal communication is required for meetings, team coordination, and safety protocols
• Work is performed in a warehouse or production environment with exposure to dust, loud noises, and occasional chemical substances
• Primarily an indoor role, with environmental conditions typical of a manufacturing or distribution setting
