Responsibilities

• Remove debris, dust, and waste from construction sites to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wipe down surfaces to ensure a tidy work environment
• Dispose of waste materials properly in designated containers or disposal areas
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of cleaning equipment and supplies as needed
• Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or injuries on site
• Collaborate with construction teams to identify areas needing special attention or additional cleaning
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify supervisors when supplies are low

Skills

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, sweeping, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and safety compliance
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
• Good communication skills for working effectively with team members and supervisors
• Reliability and punctuality to meet project deadlines and shift schedules
• Basic knowledge of cleaning tools, equipment, and safety procedures in a construction environment
