TEMPORARY CONTRACTS ATTORNEY POSITION

This position will be an indefinite term temporary position beginning in December, 2025 .  A significant healthcare system is seeking an attorney to assist with overflow contract activity. The position is fully remote , 10 to 15 hour per week. Core work is with clinical research agreements.

KEY JOB COMPONENTS

• Responsible for drafting, reviewing and providing legal advice related to clinical research agreements.
• Performing other such duties as assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

-JD degree, active law license and be in good-standing. Must also have NO disciplinary history in ANY jurisdiction.

-Strong academic background, superior oral and written communication skills.

-At least 6 years of practice in a quality legal environment, with significant experience in practice related to the duties and responsibilities of the position as described above.
