As we gear up for our busy Annual Enrollment Season, we’re hiring 60 temporary, customer-oriented professionals!

If you have any professional customer service experience—or a background in benefits or insurance—we encourage you to apply. We are actively interviewing:

Licensed Life & Health Insurance Professionals
$22–$24/hr
Non-Licensed Professionals with Benefits or Customer Service Experience
$18–$19/hr

️ Schedule & Assignment Info

Assignment Duration: Training starts mid-October
Work Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday
- Shifts stagger between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm CST
No travel required
In-person and remote roles available (remote available for those individuals not located in the Kansas City area)

What You’ll Do

After training, you will conduct individualized benefits review sessions by phone, helping employees understand their benefit options and make informed decisions during their company’s open enrollment.

✅ Who We’re Looking For

You must be:

Highly proficient using computers, keyboards, and headsets (skills tested during interview)
Comfortable navigating Zoom, Google platforms, and various communication tools (tested)
A clear and confident communicator over the phone
Professional, solution-oriented, and reliable
Fully committed to working 40 hours per week for the duration of the assignment
(Attendance is mandatory for continued employment.)
