Role Overview:
Nahjtech is seeking a professional, customer-focused individual to manage our booth during the upcoming telecom and technology event in Muscat. The candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, engaging potential clients and partners, coordinating meeting schedules and supporting Nahjtech’s team with on-site arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Represent Nahjtech professionally at the event booth, welcoming and engaging visitors.
  • Share basic company information, brochures and contact details.
  • Coordinate visitor interactions and assist in scheduling meetings with Nahjtech representatives.
  • Maintain booth organization, ensure displays and materials are presentable.
  • Capture visitor details and summarize key interactions for post-event follow-up.
  • Support logistics and communication with event organizers as needed.

Requirements:


  • Must be available full-time in Oman during 3–4 November 2025.
  • Prior experience managing or assisting at corporate event booths or exhibitions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Familiarity with the telecom or ICT industry is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Compensation:


  • Daily rate with meal and local transport allowance.
