Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management/board members.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organised records and manage confidential documentation.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.
- Handle incoming communications and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Support the team with additional administrative tasks as required.
Profile
The successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Have previously worked in a similar EA role supporting senior staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
