Temporary Full-Time Administrator -- Loveland, CO

Job Description

Loveland Academy of Music is seeking a fun and professional Temporary Full-Time Admin at our Loveland, CO music school. This staff member will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.

The desired time commitment for this position is M-Th 2-8:30pm and Fridays 11am-7pm. These hours are guaranteed through May 13, 2026. The position has the potential to extend past this date, but with reduced hours. We are looking for candidates who can start immediately.

The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. A demonstrated interest in music and music education would be an asset.

Pay will be $22/hour. A 401(k) with company matching is available to all of our employees after 30 days on the job. Part- and Full-Time Health Benefit Plans are also available to all employees after 30 days of employment.
