Temporary General Dentist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice on a temporary basis from September 29th until October 30th on Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dentistry. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care, utilizing advanced dental technologies, and maintaining compliance with all health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine dental health status.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
• Execute dental extractions and root canal therapy with precision and care.
• Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Ensure infection control protocols are adhered to at all times.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
• Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques.

Experience

• Proven experience in a dental clinic or office setting is essential.
• Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology is required.
• Experience in medical imaging techniques and aseptic techniques is an asset.

Base Pay: From $1,000.00 per day
