Temporary General Dentist

NEED COVERAGE FOR A NOVEMBER 20th: 8 am to 5 pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and patient-focused General Dentist to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care, build strong patient relationships, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine dental exams, cleanings, and preventive treatments
• Diagnose and treat oral health issues, including cavities and gum disease
• Conduct restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and dentures
• Perform extractions and other surgical procedures as needed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting using dental software
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure high-quality patient care

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Valid dental license in the state of Texas
• DEA license (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
