MKD Electric is seeking an experienced HR Operations Coordinator. As part of this role…

What you will do…

• Providing onboarding and new hire administrative support
• Assisting with substance abuse program administration and tracking
• Managing and processing employee vacation requests
• Supporting benefits administration, including new hire enrollments
• Assisting with invoice reconciliation and billing reviews
• Supporting HR compliance audits and documentation processes
• Responding to routine employee and manager inquiries
• Maintaining accurate and organized HR records

What you will need to succeed…

• Prior administrative or HR experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)

Preferred Experience

• Experience with HRIS or benefits administration platforms
• Exposure to compliance, auditing, or documentation processes
• Experience in employee-facing administrative roles

The base salary range for this position is $23.00-24.00 per hour. Please note that the compensation range reflects the base pay only and does not include benefits, or bonuses this role may be eligible to receive. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by bona fide factors such as geographic work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
