Temporary Porter/Groundskeeper 60 to 90 days

Apartment Porter/Groundskeeper needed – Leander

Veritee Property Solutions is seeking temporary part time porter responsible for the upkeep of the grounds, trash, amenities, building exteriors & leasing office, parking lots & other community buildings of a multi-family residential apartments.

We have some flexability here, as far as hours and days worked. It does have the possiblity to become fulltime

The following qualifications must be met before consideration for employment as porter/groundskeeper position. Key role is being responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, curb appeal & community building’s interior & exterior by inspecting the community every morning, trash rooms are cleaned every day & well maintained, dumpster areas are kept clean & free of debris. Ensures that unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner, assist management team with other various tasks required. Comply with expectations as demonstrated in the employee handbook.

Attendance is an imperative job function. Employees must fulfill the performance standards of this position & comply with policies, rules & procedures of the company, including those set out in the Employee Handbook or otherwise communicated (verbally or in writing) to employees.
