Full job description

This is a temporary position for a Receptionist at Pemex FZE located on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves managing daily front desk operations, greeting and assisting visitors, scheduling appointments, and directing calls to the appropriate departments. Other responsibilities include performing clerical tasks such as maintaining records, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and performing Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Clerical Skills, including managing administrative tasks and organizing records
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and team members effectively
  • Proven ability to work in a professional and organized manner
  • Familiarity with office software and tools
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage
