Skilled Construction Worker (Temporary – Potential for Permanent)

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a skilled and reliable construction professional to join our team for a full-time temporary position (3–6 months) with the potential to become permanent.

This position will support construction, maintenance, and improvement projects across multiple properties in the Modesto and Stockton areas. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and works well as part of a team.

What You'll Do

• Perform general construction and property improvement work
• Assist with carpentry projects, framing, cabinetry installation, painting, light electrical, and plumbing repairs
• Support remodeling and maintenance projects as needed
• Travel between properties and supply stores when necessary
• Assist outside vendors during scheduled work
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and jobsite standards

What We're Looking For

• Construction experience required; carpentry experience preferred
• Working knowledge of electrical, framing, painting drywall, cabinetry, and plumbing
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, dependable, and a team player
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel locally between job sites in Modesto and Stockton

Schedule

Full-Time
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
