Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Tenant Support Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for mall tenants. The successful candidate will assist tenants with operational requirements, coordinate with internal departments, maintain positive tenant relationships, and ensure smooth day-to-day mall operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all tenant-related inquiries and support requests.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with tenants.
  • Coordinate with mall departments such as Operations, Maintenance, Security, Marketing, and Housekeeping to address tenant concerns.
  • Assist tenants with documentation, permits, and operational requirements.
  • Monitor tenant compliance with mall policies and operational guidelines.
  • Conduct regular tenant visits and gather feedback to improve tenant satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of tenant communications, requests, and resolutions.
  • Support tenant onboarding and handover processes for new stores.
  • Assist in organizing mall events, promotions, and tenant engagement activities.
  • Prepare reports related to tenant issues, occupancy, and support activities.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
