Job Title: Purchase cum Tender Executive
Location: Chennai – Kolathur
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end tender documentation, submission, and follow-up.
  • Source vendors, obtain quotations, and prepare comparative statements.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
  • Maintain purchase records, agreements, and supplier databases.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements.
  • Review tender notifications and ensure timely submission.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and tender guidelines.
  • Track and manage renewals of tenders, registrations, and contracts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Any discipline).
  • Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in Purchase / Tender / Procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of tender portals and government e-procurement systems.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
