Job Scope
To oversee and manage all operational aspects of tender activities in the KSA market, ensuring efficient coordination with internal teams, agents, and governmental entities to support business objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Education
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Language
Proficiency in written, read and spoken Arabic and English languages.
Professional Knowledge
5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical business operation from demand planning till supply.
Main Competencies

Strong understanding of governmental procurement processes in KSA.

Duties And Responsibilities (But Not Limited To)
Executive Plan & Program

Tender Demand Management:
Coordinate with the Tender Sales Team and market agents to manage in-market tender demand effectively.

Stock Monitoring & Sales Opportunities:
Monitor stock levels of governmental customers to prevent expiries or near-expiry returns and identify new sales opportunities.

Tender Data & Dashboard Management:
Maintain and analyze in-market tender data, including closing status and sales vs. budget, and update the tender dashboard regularly.
Manage rolling tender forecasts (FCST) in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders
Oversee tender and LPO operations with agents’ execution teams to ensure timely and accurate processing Issuing invoices against IMS tender orders.
Issue invoices for IMS tender orders in accordance with contractual and operational guidelines.
Review incoming LPOs against supply capabilities and provide supply chain feedback to the commercial team.
Track and follow up on LPO execution and manage in-market order fulfillment with agents.

Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for supply chain communications with NUPCO and ensure alignment on operational matters.
