Tendering/ Bid Executive

HIRING: TENDERING / BID EXECUTIVE

A client of Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is hiring an experienced Tendering / Bid Executive.

Requirements:

The candidate must have:

- Background in MEP, fit-outs, electrical or supply chain

- 3+ years of experience in tendering/ estimation

- Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, BOQs, estimation and bid documentation

- Experience handling government and corporate sector tenders

- Excellent documentation, analytical, and coordination skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage strict deadlines

- Proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate level)

Preference will be given to those having good negotiation skills.

Project management tools experience will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate relevant electrical / MEP tenders from public and private sector sources

- Prepare complete tender documents including BOQs and technical submissions

- Coordinate with engineering, procurement and project teams for bid inputs and costing

- Ensure compliance with tender specifications, contractual requirements and submission deadlines

- Handle post-submission clarifications, follow-ups and correspondence with clients

- Maintain tender records, bid tracking reports and submission database
