Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Tender Engineer to manage and prepare tender documentation, technical proposals, and related project submissions. The ideal candidate should have an engineering background and experience in handling government or private sector tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review technical and commercial tender documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments for data collection, drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company standards.
• Analyze technical requirements and bid conditions.
• Prepare cost estimation sheets and support the bid submission process.
• Maintain tender documentation and track bid progress.
• Communicate with clients and vendors for clarification and support during the tender process.
• Assist in post-bid documentation and submission follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in tender preparation, estimation, or technical documentation.
• Strong knowledge of technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹53,464.10 per month
