Tendering Engineer

Pioneer Engineering Consultancy is pleased to announce exciting new career opportunities to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Tendering Engineer to join our team

Requirements

• Engineering degree, 3+ years in consultancy, strong tendering knowledge, English proficiency, MS Office & tools.
• Specific focus on hands-on proposal preparation.
• Preferred: Familiarity with FIDIC contracts, UAE/GCC procurement, multidisciplinary projects, and tender portals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical proposals, including methodology, execution plans, resources, and compliance matrices.
• Review RFP/RFQ documents, extract scope, and identify submission criteria.
• Coordinate with technical teams for CVs, project references, and technical write-ups.
• Assist in financial proposal preparation.
• Ensure proposals meet quality, branding, and compliance standards.
• Maintain a database of resumes, project sheets, and credentials for quick turnaround.
• Support bid clarifications and client correspondence during tender stages.
