We Are Hiring: Tendering Engineer- Civil (B.Tech/B. E)

Location: Trivandrum

Positions Available: Tendering Engineer

Qualification:

B.Tech/ B. E Civil

Identify and track tender opportunities from government departments, PSU portals, and e-procurement platforms

Study tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications in detail

Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and budget calculations

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for quotations and technical details

Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents as per tender requirements

Ensure compliance with tender conditions, eligibility criteria, and statutory norms

Upload bids on e-tender portals and ensure timely submission before deadlines

Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, and attend pre-bid meetings when required

Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, and tender outcomes

Coordinate with project, finance, and legal teams for approvals and documentation

Assist in contract finalization after award of tender

Monitor amendments, corrigenda, and addenda issued by tendering authorities

Experience: 2+ years

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CPWD / PWD / KWA / KIIDC / PSU tendering procedures
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and e-procurement portals
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work under deadlines
