Tendering Engineer

Job Title: Tendering Engineer

Workplace: Riyadh

Key Responsibilities

1. Review and analyze tender documents including RFPs, RFQs, BOQs, drawings, and specifications
2. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and project teams to gather tender inputs
3. Obtain, evaluate, and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
4. Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions in line with client requirements
5. Ensure timely submission of tenders and proper documentation control
6. Identify risks, assumptions, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities
7. Support post-tender clarifications, negotiations, and handover to project teams upon award
8. Maintain tender records, cost databases, and market intelligence

Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
2. 3–5 years of experience in tendering
3. Experience in construction & Fit Out projects
4. Knowledge of standard contract forms and tendering procedures
