Tendering Engineer / Bid Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Tendering Engineer with 7–10 years of experience in preparing and managing project bids and tenders in Saudia Arabia. The role requires strong technical and commercial expertise to develop competitive proposals, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure timely submission of high-quality bids for complex projects.

• Review project specifications, drawings, and requirements to assess feasibility and prepare tender documents.
• Coordinate with technical, commercial, and project teams to gather necessary information for bid preparation.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, pricing, and bill of quantities (BOQ).
• Analyze tender documents to identify risks, clarifications, and potential issues.
• Submit timely and accurate bids in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
• Maintain a database of all submitted tenders, correspondence, and supporting documents.
• Follow up with clients for clarifications and respond to technical and commercial inquiries.
• Assist in the development of tendering strategies to improve win rates.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and legal/regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on tendering activities, success rates, and feedback from clients.
• Languages:

· Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English is preferred.

Candidates with native or fluent Arabic speaking skills and strong spoken and written English proficiency are also acceptable
