We Are Hiring – Tendering & Estimation Engineer (Fit-Out / MEP)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for Fit-Out / MEP projects based on drawings and specifications
• Analyze tender documents, BOQs, and project requirements
• Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Prepare tender submissions, pricing, and commercial proposals
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost comparisons
• Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams
• Maintain updated cost databases and estimation records
• Attend pre-tender and post-tender meetings when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in Fit-Out / MEP estimation & tendering
• Strong knowledge of materials, market rates, and suppliers in UAE
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software
• Ability to read drawings and prepare BOQ accurately
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
