Job Description: We are seeking a Tender Specialist

to join the Business Development Department - Government Sector. The role is responsible for managing government tenders and Requests for Quotation (RFQ) end-to-end, from opportunity identification and analysis to submission and follow-up, in full compliance with government regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and monitor relevant government tenders and RFQs.
• Analyze tender and RFQ requirements, including technical, financial, and compliance aspects.
• Prepare and submit complete technical and financial proposals.
• Handle submissions through Etimad and government vendor platforms.
• Manage tender and RFQ submissions through SAP-based government systems when applicable.
• Follow up on clarifications, updates, and award results.
• Maintain organized and accurate tender and RFQ records.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in government tenders and RFQs.
• Hands on experience with the Etimad platform and government vendor portals.
• Experience submitting tenders and RFQs through SAP government systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to manage the full tender cycle independently.
• The candidate must have previous work samples, including completed technical and financial proposal documents.
