Tennis Club Customer Service Specialist

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients and visitors, delivering exceptional support in person and by phone. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth front desk operations, accurate tennis court and lesson reservations, positive relationships, and a 5-star customer experience. Duties

  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to inquiries
  • Greet visitors at the front desk, providing excellent customer service and directing them appropriately
  • Schedule tennis court and lesson reservations utilizing our club management software system
  • Process credit card, check, and cash payments at point of sale
  • Support office management and program directors
  • Assist with certain administrative duties including record keeping and office supply management

Requirements

  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Computer literacy
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Tennis knowledge and sports club operations experience is preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
